To ensure a smooth registration process, please review the following information:
Note: The registration fee is non-refundable.
Early Bird Offer: The prices below are for early bird registration and will only last until July 23, 2025.
After this date, Individual Registration will be Rs. 1500 and Institutional Registration will be Rs. 1250 per delegate.
Each institution (delegation) must have a minimum of 5 members.
Individual Registration
- Register individually by clicking on the provided registration link.
- Fill out the registration form with accurate personal details and contact information.
- Registration fee: Rs. 1300 (Early Bird)
- Attach a screenshot of the payment receipt in the form.
Institutional Registration
- Register your school delegation using the designated link.
- Minimum of five delegates per institution (delegation).
- Registration fee per delegate: Rs. 1100 (Early Bird)
- Attach a screenshot of the payment receipt in the form.
Committee and Country Assignment:
Delegates will receive their committee and country assignments via the email address provided during registration. Check your inbox and spam folder regularly.
